Landlord Assist
An AI back office for a property portfolio: statements reconciled, compliance tracked, tenant and contractor comms drafted, all in one place.
The problem
Landlords and letting agents lose hours to scattered agent statements, maintenance threads, and compliance dates — gas, EPC, EICR, insurance — spread across email, Dropbox and spreadsheets. Things slip, and the true position of the portfolio is never current.
What we built
A tailored system that ingests agent statements and inboxes, reconciles income and fees automatically, tracks every compliance date in one register, flags what is due, and drafts the tenant and contractor messages for a human to send. One dashboard across the whole portfolio, built around the tools already in use.
The result
Statement reconciliation that was manual now runs automatically. Every compliance date is tracked in one place, so nothing lapses unnoticed. One current view of the portfolio instead of a dozen spreadsheets.
UK-hosted, built around existing email, document storage and bank feeds. A production system, not a prototype.

The problem
IT teams and managed service providers juggle user provisioning, licences, security checks and offboarding across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — mostly by hand and mostly from memory. Onboarding is slow, licences get wasted, and offboarding gaps are a security risk.
What we built
NerdClaw, an IT support tool that automates the user lifecycle, surfaces licence waste, runs routine security checks, and gives one console across both ecosystems — so the admin work runs itself and the gaps surface before they bite.
