Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us:

Contact and enquiry details: your name, work email, company, phone number and message when you book a call or submit a form.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you ask to receive our insights.
Usage data: if you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we and our providers collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. See our Cookie Policy.
Anti-spam checks: when you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals to confirm you are not a bot.

We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask you not to send confidential or sensitive client information through our contact forms.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
To send you the insights you signed up for, until you unsubscribe.
To keep records of our discussions and any work we agree.
To measure and improve the site, and to measure our advertising, where you have accepted analytics or advertising cookies.
To keep our forms secure against spam and abuse.

Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter and for analytics and advertising cookies) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, securing our forms and running our business. You can withdraw consent at any time, including via Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only as needed: Google (Google Workspace and Gmail for email; Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement, with your consent), the LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising measurement, with your consent), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection on our forms), and Supabase (secure storage of form submissions). Where work involves AI, we use tools contracted not to train on your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or receive a copy to move elsewhere. Email hello@nerdster.ai and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Where your data is held

Your data is held on systems within the UK and, where a provider operates internationally, under safeguards that meet UK data protection standards.
