MICROSOFT 365 · COPILOT REVIEW

Make more of the Copilot you have.

Already using Copilot, or deciding who needs it? We help you understand your setup, give your team useful guidance and find the improvements worth making.

Discuss a Copilot review

THE RIGHT STARTING POINT

Start with what you already pay for.

Copilot Chat, paid Copilot and agents offer different capabilities, and what each can reach depends on your licence, settings and how content is supplied. We check your actual setup before recommending more seats, and we review the access behind the answers so people only get the information they should.

The outcome

A practical improvement plan with clear priorities, owners and ways to measure progress. Scope and costs agreed before we start.

YOUR REVIEW, IN FOUR PARTS

The detail that
makes the difference.

Licences, information access, everyday use and a sensible next step for agents: the four parts of every review.

01

Licences that fit the work

Understand who needs which Copilot experience, what is being used and where subscriptions overlap.

02

Information in the right hands

Review sharing, permissions and sensitive content across the Microsoft 365 information in scope.

03

Confidence in everyday use

Test real tasks with your team. Improve guidance, check output quality and identify useful training.

04

A sensible next step for agents

Assess one workflow, its approval points and potential running costs before recommending a build.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A considered process.
A clear next step.

01

Assess what you already have

We check your current licences, settings and how content is supplied before recommending more seats. Existing tools may already cover the need.

02

Review access and permissions

Copilot answers within existing access. We review sharing and sensitive content so the answers people get are the ones they should get.

03

Test with your team

Real tasks, real documents, agreed pass criteria. We record what worked, what needed correction and what training would help.

04

Agree the next step

A written plan with priorities and owners. If an agent is worth building, it gets its own scope and price.

Official Microsoft sources reviewed 10 September 2026. Features and availability vary by licence, region and organisation.

THE PERSON WHO RUNS IT

One consultant,
start to finish.

The review is run by the person named below, with your Microsoft 365 administrator or IT provider involved wherever a setting needs an owner.

WHO YOU WORK WITH

Deepanshu Sahni

Delivery lead and AI developer

  • The first call: understanding the task, the tools involved and whether we are a fit.
  • Scoping: the workflow map, approved sources, permissions and the definition of a good result.
  • The build and its tests, including the failure cases.
  • Handover: documentation, review steps and the agreed support arrangement.

One named person from the first call to handover. The person you speak to is the person who does the work.

WHAT WE CONNECT TO

Tested, assessed
or not yet.

A product name never means a partnership, a certification or a ready-made connector. This is the honest position, updated as real scopes are delivered.

Tested by Nerdster

We have connected to these in real work and know the access and permission questions to expect.

  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Outlook and shared mailboxes
  • Xero

Requires assessment

Often possible. We check the available integration, permissions and supplier terms during scoping before promising a connection.

  • Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
  • Google Workspace
  • QuickBooks and Sage
  • HubSpot and other CRMs
  • Practice, case and matter management systems
  • Rota, care and scheduling systems
  • Telephony and helpdesk tools

Unsupported

Nothing is listed here today. A system is added only when an assessment shows it cannot be connected reliably, or its terms do not allow it.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

An honest fit check.

For existing users and teams planning a rollout.

A good fit if

  • Your business already has Microsoft 365 and Copilot is in use, or a rollout is being planned.
  • You want an independent view of licences, sharing and adoption before spending more.
  • You can name someone who owns Microsoft 365 administration and someone who can test tasks.

Not this service if

  • You need Microsoft 365 administration done for you as a managed service. We review and recommend; we can work alongside your IT provider.
  • You want a signed-off legal or data protection opinion. We work alongside those advisers rather than instead of them.

YOUR ENQUIRY

Tell us where you are.

How many people, which Copilot experiences are in use or planned, and what you want checked first. A few sentences are enough to begin.

What happens next

  1. We read your enquiry and reply within one working day.
  2. A short call, about 30 minutes and at no charge, to understand your setup and whether we are a fit.
  3. Scope and price in writing before any work begins.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Which Copilot do we actually have?

Copilot Chat, paid Copilot and agents offer different capabilities. Work information and in-app features depend on your licence, settings and how content is supplied. The review starts by establishing your actual setup.

Will the review change our Microsoft 365 settings?

No. The review reads and tests; every recommended change is written down with an owner so your administrator or IT provider can apply it. Changes can be included in a separately agreed scope.

Do we need more licences first?

Not before the review. Checking who needs which Copilot experience, and where subscriptions overlap, is part of the work. The recommendation may be fewer seats, not more.

What does it cost?

The scope and price are agreed in writing before we start. Tell us the number of users and what you want checked and we will quote for the review; VAT applies where applicable.
