WHEN YOUR BUSINESS HAS OUTGROWN THE GUESSWORK

You have the information.
Getting a useful answer takes too long.

Built for established teams juggling spreadsheets, business software and knowledge held by key people. Start with a recurring decision or process that is worth improving.

01 / CLARITY

See where the business needs attention

“Enquiries are up. Why aren’t sales?”

Bring selected sales records and customer feedback into a review of what changed, what is missing and what to investigate.

02 / CAPACITY

Find the friction your team keeps facing

“Why do we keep chasing the same work?”

Connect issue logs and team feedback to identify repeated handoffs, prepare follow-ups and scope a better process.

03 / GROWTH

Prepare for your next opportunity

“What should we act on next?”

Review customer requests, capacity, future plans and selected market signals to prepare opportunities for your team to assess.

Your starting point: one useful question, approved information and someone in your team to check the answers. We assess the tools you already pay for before proposing a custom build.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

More replies met the target. Conversion still needs checking.

85% → 92.5%Replies within target · sample before / after

Timely replies increased by 7.5 percentage points in these two sample periods. This is an observed difference, not proof that the routing change caused it.

What the team adds

The team reports that a shared queue made ownership clearer. Confirm this with the people using the process.

SUGGESTED NEXT STEP

Keep the routing trial under review and compare qualified enquiries and eventual wins before expanding it.

A BUILD SHAPED AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

    Agree the useful first step.
    Then agree the investment.

We scope your goals, information and workflows before quoting. The first release should solve a defined problem and give you a practical foundation to build on.

    INDICATIVE INITIAL BUILD RANGE

    £5,000–£15,000

A guide to planning your investment. Every project is individually scoped and quoted. Any scope outside this range is discussed before you commit.

    What changes your quote?

    • Your information: access, quality, preparation and connections.
    • The work to build: questions, reports, automations and complexity.
    • How it will operate: user permissions, hosting, testing and handover.

What the first release is designed to give you

An agreed workspace with approved sources, useful answers or reports, scoped workflow improvements, acceptance tests and operating notes. The proposal defines the exact features, limits and handover.

Ongoing strategy and development: £2,500/month. Hosting, model usage, licences and any local hardware are costed in the proposal, with inclusions and additional charges made explicit. Discovery scope, any fee, delivery milestones are confirmed before work begins.

    YOUR ONGOING AI TEAM

    Your priorities.
    A shared roadmap.
    Progress together.

    £2,500 / month

Work with a Senior Head of AI and an AI Developer to identify the steps and business processes you want to improve. Together, we create and follow a roadmap that develops your AI intelligence and supports business growth.

    BUILD & IMPROVE

    AI Developer

Develops and tests the agreed connections, intelligence features and process improvements.

    1. Find the work worth improvingReview goals, results, staff issues, customer needs and upcoming plans together.
    2. Agree and follow the roadmapSet priorities, milestones, delivery capacity, owners and measures of success. Build and review the planned changes.
    3. Update it as your business changesUse the evidence to refine what comes next. Improve your intelligence and processes with the aim of helping you grow and increase revenue.
How we measure progress and agree the service

Depending on the goal, review qualified opportunities, conversion, repeat business, margin, turnaround time or staff effort. We compare results with an agreed baseline and check other factors that may have affected them. Revenue growth is an aim, not a guaranteed result.

The proposal defines roadmap scope, capacity, review cadence and dependencies, plus support coverage, hosting/model costs, ownership, minimum term and exit arrangements. The two roles are included in the service; this does not imply two full-time employees or unlimited development.

    LET’S FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

    Bring a business question.
    We’ll explore the build.

Start with the decisions that are hard to make or the work that keeps slowing people down. Mention any private hosting or local-model requirements.

    What happens next

    1. A reply within one working day to understand the task and fit.
    2. An agreed discovery scope, including any fee.
    3. Your proposed build, costs, timing and responsibilities in writing.

    YOUR DATA. AN AGREED ENVIRONMENT.

    Hosted for you.
    Or built to run privately.

Choose the environment around your data and operational needs. We test answer quality, source references, user access and failure handling before wider use.

    01

    Hosted

A managed setup using agreed services. The proposal identifies processing locations, suppliers, operating responsibilities and running costs.

    02

    Private cloud

A dedicated environment with defined accounts, network and access boundaries. Region, retention and operating responsibilities are agreed.

    03

    Local models

Model processing on suitable local infrastructure. Hardware capacity and model suitability are assessed for your actual tasks.

Bring the outside world into the picture

Competitor changes, industry news, event calendars and other permitted public or licensed sources can feed a scheduled research brief. Scope the topics, sources, refresh frequency and review owner. Each finding should show its source and when it was collected, so stale information and unverified claims are visible.

External research is an optional connection, not built into an offline deployment. We agree how it is collected and whether any private business information reaches an external service. Local hosting alone does not remove data risk.

    BEFORE WE START

    A few practical
    questions.

For a single standalone pilot, explore custom AI agents or private document assistants.

    What do we actually get?

A bespoke business AI workspace and an ongoing strategy and development service. Depending on the agreed scope, the workspace brings together selected information for answers with sources, business reviews and approved automations. The example workspace illustrates possible outputs using fictional data. Your proposal specifies the actual interface, connections, features, tests and handover.

Why build this if we already have dashboards or an AI assistant?

Existing tools may already solve the problem. We check their reporting, AI and automation features first. A custom build can be useful for connecting information across systems, adding your operating context or turning a finding into an agreed workflow. We assess APIs, exports, access and supplier terms before promising any connection. If a simpler configuration or ordinary automation is sufficient, that should inform the recommendation.

    Is £5,000–£15,000 a fixed price?

No. It is an indicative initial build range to help you plan, not a set of packages or a binding quote. We scope the sources, data preparation, workflows, permissions, hosting and testing before confirming your individual price. Scope may place a project outside this range. We agree the full scope and price before work begins.

What should we budget beyond the build?

The ongoing strategy and development service is £2,500 per month. Twelve months at that rate is £30,000, in addition to the individually quoted build. This is a budgeting illustration, not a minimum-term commitment. The proposal itemises hosting, model usage, licences, any local hardware and support coverage, showing what is included and what costs extra. Any discovery fee, minimum term and exit arrangements are confirmed in writing.

How do we know whether it is worth the investment?

Choose a specific problem and record the current position: for example preparation time, missed follow-ups, rework or qualified enquiries. Agree success measures, review effort and operating costs before the build. Compare the tested result with that baseline before widening the rollout. Time released is not automatically a cash saving, and improved reporting does not by itself establish additional revenue.

How does it learn about our business, and what do we need to provide?

We work with you on your customers, services, goals, key measures and constraints. Start with a priority-setting business owner, a small set of representative approved records, a source and permission owner, and people who can check the outputs. We assess data gaps before connecting more information. Feedback can lead to approved updates to the workspace and workflows; it does not automatically retrain a model.

How do we get from the first conversation to a working system?

First we explore the problem and whether there is a useful fit. Then we agree discovery, any fee and a proposal with milestones. We build a focused first release, test it with representative cases and your reviewers, and agree acceptance before wider use. Access, data preparation, integration complexity and feedback affect timing, so we confirm the schedule after scoping. If tests fall short, review the causes and agree remediation, a smaller scope or a stop decision; payment and remediation terms are set in the agreement.

How does the information stay current?

Source owners keep the underlying information current. We agree how updates and deletions reach the workspace, and test the handling of indexes, stored copies, references, logs and backups. External signals need a collection time and an agreed refresh schedule; a stale or missing source must not be treated as current evidence.

What does the £2,500 monthly service include?

A Senior Head of AI and an AI Developer work with you on an agreed improvement roadmap. Together we identify business priorities and processes to improve, plan the work, develop and test changes, and review the results. The roadmap evolves as your AI intelligence, business needs and evidence change. We agree delivery capacity, milestones and dependencies in writing; the fee does not imply two full-time staff or unlimited development.

Who owns the system, and can we stop the monthly service?

The written agreement specifies code and configuration rights, account ownership, third-party licences, handover, notice and exit arrangements, including whether the system can continue operating without Nerdster. It also sets the monthly service commitment, any minimum term, agreed roadmap milestones and the handling of client delays before you commit.
