No. The first audit can be done from process descriptions, templates and sample anonymised workflows. Live client data is not needed to decide where AI fits.
Can this work with our case management system?
Usually. The audit checks what your PMS, DMS, email and document tools expose safely before we recommend any build.
Is this just ChatGPT training?
No. Training may be one recommendation, but the audit is about controlled workflows, data boundaries, review points and whether a private build makes sense.
What happens after the audit?
